"This is the worst car insurance company. Each time I’ve called to speak to a manager, I’ve been told within 24 hours the manager will get back to you, 24 hours the manager does not call. You mean to tell me, a paying customer cannot get access to speak to a manager. This company issued a surcharge fee, which was paid, and after the end of the surcharge date they continue to charge me the fee. I’ve been calling for months to get this issue changed. Every 6 months this company comes up with new ways to charge me and I pay it! The absolute worst"
